Digital Safeguarding Support was created from a simple observation: when technology becomes part of harm, risk or vulnerability, people can be left unsure what to do next.
DSS brings together safeguarding awareness, digital understanding and practical response. The focus is not on diagnosing every technical problem or deciding whether an offence has occurred, but on understanding what is happening, recognising immediate risk and identifying the next safe step.
